Ocean Alliance reshapes two transpacific loops as Maersk suspends seasonal TPX service

Ocean Alliance's MTE service starts its revised rotation on 23 August, dropping Haiphong for Port Klang across nine vessels averaging 10,200 TEU, while CPNW, sailing since 19 August, drops Qingdao, Ningbo and Kwangyang for Kaohsiung and Yantian with seven ships averaging 8,600 TEU. Maersk ends its seasonal TPX service with a 1 September last sailing, removing six vessels averaging 4,500 TEU. Shippers should re-check cut-offs, especially for Vietnam and Malaysia cargo.
