UPS commits over $2bn through 2028 with Clark, Barrie and Hong Kong hubs in the pipeline

UPS says it is investing more than $2bn across its International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions units between 2024 and 2028. Projects include a Clark Airport hub in the Philippines opening in Q4 2026, a Barrie, Ontario facility in 2027 and a new air hub at Hong Kong International Airport in 2028, plus 27 temperature-controlled cross-docks and added automation in Taiwan and Incheon.
