Ground Residential/Home Delivery demand surcharges rise about 25% at the base tier to a peak of $0.80 per package and Ground Economy climbs 16% to as much as $4.05, while Additional Handling moves to $8.80-$11.85 from $8.25-$10.90, Oversize to $95.75-$117.25 from $90-$108.50 and the Ground Unauthorized Package charge to $535-$595 from $490-$545. The express demand surcharge is split for the first time into Overnight ($1.30/$2.55/$1.30) and 2Day/Express Saver ($1.20/$2.35/$1.20) tiers, with the enterprise Residential Delivery Charge grid up 7-10% and benchmarked to 1-28 June 2026 volumes.
