Package-characteristic fees begin 28 September, with additional handling rising from $8.80 to $11.85, oversize from $95.75 to $117.25 and ground unauthorized from $535 to $595 in the 23 November-27 December window. Service-level charges start 26 October, with ground residential peaking at $0.80 and Ground Economy at $4.05. From 21 September the fees extend to international parcels.
