US sets 15% tariff and minimum prices on imported polysilicon

On 6 August the White House invoked Section 232 to impose a 15% tariff plus minimum import prices on polysilicon and derivatives, effective 4 December. Floors are set at $21/kg polysilicon, $100/kg wafer, $0.22/W cell and $0.38/W module to reshore US solar supply chains.
